Do I need a reservation?

Yes, a reservation and the complete total payment is due prior to the All-Inclusive Private Boat Experience.  

 

How many people can travel in the boat? 

​

Our number one priority is providing a unique, comfortable, and private small group boat experience. The maximum number of passengers is 6. 

 

Can I bring more than six people to the boat charter?  

​

No, our tours are designed for a maximum number of 6 passengers and the crew that will be taking you on the adventure. More than 6 guests are not permitted with no exceptions. 

 

What should I bring with me on the boat? 

​

To ensure a comfortable experience, we recommend packing a small bag with a towel, sunscreen, and a sun hat. Preferably wear comfortable sandals or beach shoes. We also recommend leaving all personal items in your vehicle. The harbor of Fajardo offers safe facilities with private parking and 24-hour security measures. When embarking with LEISURE BOAT EXPERIENCES, we provide food, water, beverages, and an ice cooler. Alcoholic drinks are not included; you can bring your own selection, such as beers or white or sparkling wine. Red wine and hard liquor are not permitted.

 

What is not permitted inside the boat?

Aerosol sunscreens, red wine, glass food storage or jars, excess baggage, firearms, and controlled substances are not permitted. Please let us know if you have any remaining questions or concerns. We can help with any further information. 

 

How can I avoid getting seasick? 

​

You can purchase medicine over the counter at any local pharmacy for seasickness. We don’t sell or provide medicine. Please consult with a doctor for more information or side effects. 

 

Must I give a tip?

​

We suggest a tip of 15% or 30% of the total cost for the tour selected. You can pay the tip on the booking site or bring it in cash on the day of the tour. 

 

How much time does it take to arrive from the Marina to the keys and islands?

​

The estimated time travel from the Marina to the selected destination varies due to weather conditions. The tour to the Fajardo Keys is approximately 15 to 20 minutes. To Culebra and Vieques is approximately from 40 minutes to one 1 hour. 

 

What if the ocean conditions are not suitable to sail? 

​

If you booked a tour but the weather conditions aren’t safe,  the tour will be canceled or postponed upon availability. 

 

If your trip has to be canceled due to weather, we will refund your deposit. 

 

In case the weather isn’t favorable for the tours programmed to Vieques or Culebra you have the option and we can suggest visiting the closest beaches in the Fajardo Keys. The boat tour to the Fajardo Keys is short and you can enjoy it without having your trip affected by weather conditions.
